CEASE – The Commitment to Eradicate Abuse and Sexual Exploitation

FMO members attended the launch of CEASE – The Commitment to Eradicate Abuse and Sexual Exploitation – a campaign organised by Leicestershire Police

We must work together to eradicate this menace from society and protect our children, young people and the vulnerable in society.”Leicestershire Police campaign – We all recognise that Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) is an appalling crime which sees vulnerable young people deliberately targeted and preyed upon, and we all have a responsibility to help tackle it.

CEASE is a major, multi-agency campaign to tackle child sexual exploitation in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
We would like people of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland to play their part too, by coming together to make a very public commitment that such abuse and exploitation of children will not be tolerated and help ‘spot the signs’ to prevent young people coming to harm.
Whether you are from a partner agency, business, charity or a member of the community within Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, we would like you to put your name to a pledge committing yourself to help eradicate CSE.”
