The Leicester Federation of Muslim Organisations has repeated its condemnation of the 7/7 terrorist attacks in London.
On the fifth anniversary of the terrorist atrocities, the federation said it remembered the 52 victims who lost their lives, the survivors and their families.
Spokesperson Suleman Nagdi said: "As we condemned these horrific acts, we remain resolute in efforts to build stronger and safer communities.
"This un-Islamic act of violence has no place in our world.
"No political cause could ever be assisted by such immoral acts."
